Here are some of the machined component parts that will be assembled together to produce a window frame.
This shows a window frame assembled from the above parts.
Here we have a selection of assembled frames.
After assembly of the frames, any fixing holes are filled and then the frames are sanded to create a smooth finish prior to spraying.
The frames are then sent to the spray shop where they receive a three coat spray system of primer, intermediate and finishing coat. The above picture shows the first stage after a primer coat has been applied and the picture below shows a finishing coat.
